Equipment and technologies for ice cream production

Russia’s ice cream market continues to expand, with sector revenues forecast at USD 6.09 billion in 2025 and projected to grow at a 7.38% CAGR through 2030. Export momentum is also building: in the first half of 2025, Russian ice cream exports reached nearly 8,000 tonnes, while export revenues rose 40% year on year. Together, these trends are increasing pressure on producers to expand capacity, improve efficiency, and invest in more advanced production technologies.
