The main task of DairyTech is to solve business problems as efficiently as possible in the shortest possible time. How do the representatives of the participating companies respond to the exhibition?

The results of the survey of DairyTech participants show positive feedback from companies on the results of participation in the 2023 exposition: 89% of participants positively assess the results of their company's participation in the exhibition, and 91% consider the exhibition important for the development and growth of the business.

What do the participants say about the last exhibition? Here's what they shared in the interview.

Sales Manager «Cehuma» Maria Klimova: «We are Turkish manufacturers of thermoforming and packaging equipment – Cehuma. The DairyTech exhibition is certainly very very important for our business, here we meet with potential customers. Last year we signed a fairly large number of contracts. And this year we hope for the same success. Visitors are very interested; the exhibition is very crowded. Conveniently, you can bring equipment to the exhibition and demonstrate the machines at work. Any minute we can turn on the machine and demonstrate the equipment packing your products. We will be happy to participate in DairyTech next year!»

General Director «HAUS» Eduard Zhigun: «At DairyTech, we represent the Turkish company Haus, one of the leading manufacturers of separation equipment. Our equipment is used for the needs of the dairy enterprises. We supply separators and decanter centrifuges. The exhibition is very important for us since it allows us to find new customers, meet current ones, see what is happening on the market, draw our conclusions and agree on cooperation. The exhibition takes place at the very beginning of the year, thanks to which we can get new contacts and plan for the whole year ahead».

Sales Director «FACCHINETTI RUS» Nikolay Korablev: «We have been participating in DairyTech since 2020, here we represent the Italian factory Facchinetti with more than forty years of history. This exhibition is very useful for dairy enterprises not only from Russia but also from the CIS countries, which is why a large number of visitors from different enterprises come here every year. We present equipment for cutting cheese, we also offer exclusive starter cultures and technologies for cheese making. The exhibition is useful in terms of getting new contacts. The exhibition sets the course for the future company development and helps us to construct a strategy for the next year since here we identify market trends, and get feedback regarding our equipment and our starters. We will participate in the coming years and will bring new equipment!»

Sales Department Director «Uzermack» Inom Merzoev: «Our company has been participating in DairyTech for the third year, this is a must-participate event for us. In recent times, when many European companies have left the Russian market, this is a great chance for Turkish companies to showcase their products and convince a Russian client that equipment manufactured in Turkey is also of great quality, the same as of other world leaders. And here we prove it – last year we delivered a very large number of projects to major customers. The DairyTech exhibition is very compact and convenient, all guests come to visit searching for partners for cooperation. We annually increase the square area of our stand and compared to the last year our stand is twice as large. Next year we plan to occupy even more space and bring much more equipment».

Regional Sales Director «Bertsch» Francisco Villavicencio: «We supply cheese production equipment. The DairyTech exhibition is the main exhibition for us among all others. Here we meet our current customers and get acquainted with new potential. After the exhibition, we receive requests from new customers and it helps to substantially expand our customer base. The exhibition takes place at the beginning of the year and it helps to plan our activities for the year. As a Turkish manufacturer, we believe that the Russian market is the primary market for us at the moment».

Company owner «MP-Technologies» Tatyana Onistratenko: «This is the third time we have participated in DairyTech. It is very easy to assess the significance of the exhibition - if you take the consumer basket, more than 30% will be dairy products, and more than 10% will be various types of meat products. Now DairyTech has equipment for the production of more than 40% of the products that we consume daily».

Director «Profitex» Yuriy Knyazev: «We participate in DairyTech every year and this year was no exception. We have brought and demonstrated new equipment – packing cheese into a glass, cottage cheese and butter into a briquette, and many other equipment. Participation in DairyTech is an opportunity for our brand to make a statement, showcase new products, and also get new contacts, which will bring new sales. The exhibition is extremely significant, our stand was visited by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, and relevant committees of the State Duma».
