Every year we analyze visitor statistics of DairyTech – an exhibition of equipment for milk and dairy production. Today we would like to share with you the information on visitors' products of interest – what do they come to look for at DairyTech?

DairyTech is visited by CEOs and specialists of dairy enterprises and also by:

• Commercial & Sales directors;

• Chief engineers & technologists;

• Business owners;

• Distributors;

• Representatives of government companies and institutions.

This year 4,334 specialists from 23 countries and 75 Russian regions visited the exhibition, the main goal for them was to find new products and services for business development (71% of visitors indicated that goal in the questionnaire).

What did they come to look for at DairyTech 2023?

DairyTech consists of 7 themed sectors, which cover a full range of equipment for milk processing and dairy production. All sectors attracted visitors' interest, but the top-3 leading positions are:

1. Dairy processing equipment (63% / 2756);

2. Cheese-making equipment and technologies (39% / 1677);

3. Package and packing materials (38% / 1646).
