The Ministry of Agriculture (Minselkhoz) is the federal body responsible for developing and implementing policies and regulations in agriculture and related sectors. The ministry also manages farmland policies, monitors agricultural land, provides state services, and oversees state property within its subordinate enterprises and organizations.
